Booking Requirements

Before a reservation can be confirmed, the travelling passenger or their agent must provide the following information:

Flight Number, Time and Date of travel.
How many passengers physically travelling.
Current and Valid Passport details
Number of accompanying Baggage.
Any pets travelling?
Any special needs required.
Guaranteed Payment on Booking Confirmation.
Up to Two Greeters may attend each movement. Vehicle Registration, Model and Colour, along with all names including the Drivers must be supplied. (Sometimes ID Documents may be requested).

We have the pleasure in advising the process of VIP Arrival into London Gatwick:

Met at aircraft door with Name Sign, or flight attendant pages passenger on board.
Escorted from aircraft door via gate steps on to the airport apron to awaiting luxury limousine.
Chauffeured from Aircraft to VIP suite and invited to designated lounge suite.
VIP agents ask for Passports and Luggage tags to process for the arrival.
During arrival Passenger will be offered standard refreshments or a pre-booked A la carte menu.
Passport is processed at the VIP suite with UK Border Force representative in attendance.
Baggage is located and identified at terminal offload and driven direct to VIP Suite.
Baggage is verified and loaded into designated limousine for the passengers.
Passports processed and returned to passenger.
Passenger may leave suite when ready and chauffeured in their own limousine / baggage van

We have the pleasure in advising the process of VIP Departure from London Gatwick:

Guests arrive at the Sussex Suite approximately 2 to 2.5 hours before departure.
Baggage is unloaded and handed to the airline representative.
Guests are escorted to a private lounge suite and offered refreshments or a pre-booked A la carte menu.
Passports are processed and boarding passes issued; baggage tag receipts are returned to the guest.
Guests undergo a private security screening at the Sussex Suite.
Guests are chauffeured to the departure gate approximately 40 minutes before departure.
Priority boarding is granted at the appropriate aircraft door.
Signature Flight VIP agents remain at the gate until aircraft doors are closed before departing.

Important Notes:

All bookings are subject to availability, and passport details and contacts need to be submitted at time of booking.
VIP suite passengers may wish to request additional greeters to be present. If so Vehicle registrations and vehicle details must be submitted at time of booking and visitors must carry passport identification for security purposes.
