- Meet and Assist: Upon arrival, a dedicated Meet and Assist agent will be waiting at the first designated point of the airport after you exit the aircraft and cross the airbridge.
- Immigration Support: If applicable, the agent will guide you through the immigration process for a hassle-free transition.
- Baggage Collection (if required): Should baggage collection be necessary; the agent will escort you to the baggage reclaim area and assist you in retrieving your luggage.
- Check-in Assistance (if required): If you need to check in for your connecting flight, the agent will guide you to the check-in counter and provide any required assistance.
- Security Screening: The agent will escort you through airport security, ensuring an efficient process.
- Lounge Access (if applicable): If you have pre-arranged access to a departure lounge or are eligible for an airline lounge, the agent will escort you to the lounge entrance.
- Gate Escort: When your boarding gate is open, the agent will accompany you to the gate room for boarding.
- Service Completion: The service completes once you have successfully boarded your departure flight.
